IBS symptoms – FAQs

As an IBS Dietitian, I’m frequently asked questions about the low FODMAP diet as IBS treatment. This is an evidence-based approach and is used successfully world-wide for those suffering with IBS symptoms. It improves symptoms in over 75% of those suffering from irritable bowel syndrome. It’s tricky to manage alone though. The best results are seen when sufferers have the advice and support of a dietitian trained specifically in FODMAPs. So, if you have IBS symptoms see the FAQs below to see whether this is the right approach for you.
