Want to know more about IBS and the low FODMAP diet? In this low FODMAP resources section, I add regular blogs and recipes. I try to cover popular topics around IBS and the low FODMAP diet. My experience shows that people want to know how to help themselves, so I’ve included basic advice for diarrhoea and constipation symptoms. I’ve aded some FAQs recently and tried to answer whether the low FODMAP diet is good for weight loss.
